Linda Crawford is a Registered Psychologist in the Province of B.C. (#1692). She specializes in providing comprehensive psychoeducational, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and career assessments as well as educational and behavioral consultation servicesĀ for children and adults. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and educational personnel in the areas of learning disabilities, early literacy development, behavioral and emotional problems, social competence and social skills, attentional issues (i.e., due to ADHD, learning problems, memory weaknesses, etc.), giftedness, and English as a second language learning.
Linda has worked in the capacities of a regular education teacher, learning specialist, and district special education coordinator in international private school settings in Norway, Lebanon, Egypt, Scotland, and Indonesia. Within Canada she has worked as a District Program Specialist, Counselor and School Psychologist in the Canadian Rockies School District, Canmore, Alberta; a School Psychologist in the Powell River, B.C. School District; and as an Educational Consultant in the Vancouver Island area. In addition, she has also participated in numerous professional endeavors such as a field examiner for Harcourt Assessment Company; a workshop presenter for educational conferences; and an advocate for persons with a Learning Disability by participating as an executive board member for the Calgary LDA, Calgary Learning Centre and Calgary LDA Stakeholders Group.
